Fittings and personal consultations

Appointments for fittings and consultations, either in the shop or at the customer’s home can be arranged and these will be charged according to the work undertaken and distance travelled.

Urgent or valuable work

This can be done either by return, in the shop, or at the customer’s home, if desired.

Demonstrations

Demonstrations of pearl restringing for special promotions can be arranged.

Special work

Special work including fancy patterned and Victorian seed pearl work, can be undertaken and estimates given for each individual piece.

Insurance

All work is fully insured whilst in our care.

Guarantee

All work is fully guaranteed for six months from the date of the invoice.

Accounts

These are made up to the last day of the month and are due and payable within 30 days.
